Inspection
eXCLUDES bASIC PLAN
Excludes hybrid/ev systems
Upon initial sign up, an inspection sill be scheduled to determine current vehicle condition and service intervals. Inspection will cover entire vehicle and will be documented with photos to capture pre-existing conditions. Inspections will occur at oil changes thereafter.
Oil Change
all Plans
Customer choice of Full Synthetic oil and Oil Filter.
Oil and labor is included in service plan!
Initial Oil/filter change occurs at 3000 miles after most recent change IF THAT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. oTHERWISE, INITIAL CHANGE WILL BE 3000 MILES AFTER SIGN UP. Then after 7500 miles for subsequent changes
Rotation
All Plans
initial Rotation occurs at time of initial inspection if due. Then during every oil change
Air Filter
Basic Plan: Inspection only
Advanced/pro Plans: Inspection and replacement labor included only.
Ultimate plan
Customer Choice of Factory Specification Air Filter replaced at time of oil Change every 15000 miles or as needed per Hakunah Matauto specialist

Rental Car
