Upon sign up, the following terms and conditions apply. It is implied that these terms and conditions will not change within a member's month of service. However, from time to time, terms and conditions may be amended in order to meet new requirements for regulatory conditions, aid in providing better experience for our members, or to fill any gaps in our member relationships, to name a few. If such changes occur, you will be notified and a request to acknowledge these new terms and conditions will be sent. If refusal of terms and conditions occurs, your service plan will not renew for subsequent time period. Hakunuh Matauto does not exist without its members. If at any time you are experiencing difficulties with a service, are have problems connecting with us, have questions about our services, or want to suggest an update or improvement to our brand, please contact us. Without you, there is no us!

Hakunuh Matauto Privacy Policy

Hakunuh Matauto is committed to MEMBER privacy. This privacy policy serves to help you, our members and fans, understand how your personal information, voluntarily given to Hakunuh Matauto upon sign up on hakunuh.com or otherwise, may be used.

This Policy applies to the services offered by Hakunuh Matauto, including any Hakunuh Matauto- branded URL, the Hakunuh Matauto email, and any other features, content or applications offered from time to time by Hakunuh Matauto in connection with hakunuh.com (collectively, the "Services"). The Hakunuh Matauto Services are hosted in the United States.

From time to time we may modify this Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our collection and use of personal information, the features of the Services, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by Hakunuh Matauto on hakunuh.com. Your continued use of the Services after we post a revised Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy. If a governmental agency, or an attorney, subpoenas your private information or makes a formal request for discovery pursuant to any legal action or pending legal action.
If our attorney requests such information relevant to a current or pending legal matter in which you are a potential or actual party or otherwise contributed in some way to the causation of the legal matter.

Collected Information

When you register to use the Services offered on our Site you voluntarily give Hakunuh Matauto certain personal information, such as your name, street address, phone number, birth date and e-mail address, as well as in some cases financial qualification and billing information, including billing name and address, and credit card number.

Hakunuh Matauto uses the information that you voluntarily provide to us to set up and provide the Service for MEMBERS. We may also use the information to contact you to further discuss your interest in our events, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company sponsors or partners, such as promotions and events. We will not distribute or share your email address or any other personal information with third parties, if you have elected to keep such information confidential.

Billing information that you provide to us through cleansketch.com will be used only to check our qualifications to bill for the Service. We will not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. Hakunuh Matauto uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on cleansketch.com, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor do we share user information with these parties.

Please note that parents may consent to the above collection and use without necessarily consenting to the disclosure of personal information to third parties.

We do not have any agreements with outside organizations to collect personal information at our Site.

All third parties with whom we share information have agreed to maintain security and integrity of personal information.

Opt-Out Policy

Hakunuh Matauto offers you a means to choose how we may share your information. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with a third party, send us a request specifying your new choice. Preexisting Conditions

Our aim is to keep our members on the road. Unfortunately we cannot sustain Hakunuh Matauto by repairing non-running and or non-functional vehicles members already own. Therefore, Hakunuh Matauto will assess these conditions upon initial inspection and present any if found. Once agreement to the specialist's assessment is reached, membership will officially begin. If agreement is not reached, we will be happy to refund the membership fee. Repairs for these conditions and any issues that arise due to these conditions will not be covered under the membership plan.

However, due to the unique nature of our service, members may request that one of our mechanics fixes these issues once membership begins. They may have time and be willing to help. If so, the repair will be subject to whatever service plan limitations there are.

repair Time Frames

We are committed to providing repair services that outpace any competition. However, due to the nature of some repairs, time frames for completion of work can never be guaranteed. Factors that impact completion times include availability of parts, work load of our mechanics, and weather conditions among others. We ask that our members acknowledge this upon sign up.

Service Term

Initial month of service plan coverage begins after your vehicle(s) is/are inspected and runs for 30 days after. to keep coverage active, automatic recurring payments must be made each month. If coverage lapses due to non payment, a new inspection will be required of any vehicle(s).

registered vehicles

Similarly to preexisting conditions, upon sign up, members will be asked to confirm that the vehicles we work on are registered to them. Upon inspection, we will confirm this in person to protect Hakunuh Matauto against undue hardship as a result of working on vehicles owned by individuals that are not members of Hakunuh Matauto.

catastrophic repairs

Some issues are so catastrophic to a vehicle that they cannot be repaired. We reserve the right to refuse any repair that will significantly harm the sustainability of hakunuh matauto. Examples of this type of issue include but are not limited to flood or fire damage, entire power/drive train catastrophy, frame damage, etc. These types of repairs are typically claims made to insurance companies as a result of unforeseen circumstances. however, we do know sometimes vehicles have catastrophic issues themselves. in these cases, our trained specialists and mechanics will make a determination if the repair can be made. we thank our members for their understanding.

Vehicle limit

Hakunuuh matauto provides affordable car maintenance services by keeping unneccessary costs low. our official vehicle limit per covered member is 1 for those on basic plans and 2 for all other plans per covered member. upon initial inspection, these will be considered primary vehicles. if a member has more than the limit of vehicles, the member may either choose to purchase an additional service plan or elect to place them on their secondary vehicle list, which will subject them to deprioritization behind all other member primary vehicles.

location

while we are continually striving to add locations for service work to be performed, the majority of our services are designed to be performed at member residence. This keeps costs low and allows us to offer our services to members at an affordable rate. We request that members acknowledge this upon sign up.

safety

Lastly, we want our members to be safe while driving. we will determine if there are any safety concerns upon our initial inspection and advise if so. However, if members choose not to fix any such issue, we will unfortunately not be able to provide said member with services and will refund the membership plan.
